  • Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete, and valid shipping address, postal code, and contact details at the time of placing an order to avoid any delays. We shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, and no refunds may be claimed for deliveries affected due to reasons beyond our control.

  • Please note that the Billing Address refers to the address associated with your payment method, while the Shipping Address refers to the address where your order will be delivered. The shipping address cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

  • Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, our customer care service is available on all the weekdays between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST. Or you can email your query to hirikadhruti@gmail.com After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you track the status of your purchased product.

  • All orders on this website are shipped from India.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.

  • Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India.

  • Customers will be liable to customs chargers in such cases.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • A flat international shipping charge of CAD 70.42 will be applied to every order shipped Internationally.

  • All import tax and duty charges are borne by the clients during International Shipping.

  • The estimated delivery timeline for orders shipped Internationally is 13–15 working days from the date of dispatch.
